The US Chamber of Commerce picked up two allies in its legal campaign against the recent surge in retirement plan fee litigation, according to an amicus brief filed in a federal lawsuit against Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Inc.
The brief, filed Tuesday, urges the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts to reject a proposed class action challenging the fees and investment options in the Beth Israel retirement plans.
