Female Vivint Solar HR Executive Settles Pay, Reprisal Suit (1)

A former Vivint Solar Inc. human capital manager settled her bias lawsuit alleging she was paid less than men who performed work substantially equal to her in various positions she held with the company, Utah federal court records show.

Adriana Clark also claimed she was fired in retaliation for complaining about the sex-based pay discrimination.

She started with Vivint as an HR generalist and experienced unequal pay as she was promoted to human capital operations manager and then to human capital manager of the company’s East region, she said.
