Feds, North Dakota Sue Belle Fourche Over 2016 Pipeline Spill

Belle Fourche Pipeline Co. faces another lawsuit over a 2016 spill that sent about 14,400 barrels of oil into waters in North Dakota, according to a Monday filing in a federal court in the state.

Belle Fourche owns and operates the Bicentennial Pipeline where a segment between Billings County and McKenzie County, N.D., ruptured following a landslide in December 2016.
