Employee Fired After Alleged Covid-19 Whistleblowing Gets Trial

A former SPS Companies Inc. employee can go to trial on claims he was fired for blowing the whistle on the steel processor’s alleged misappropriation of confidential worker health data in its Covid-19 response plan, a Missouri federal judge ruled.
