EEOC, McDonald Oil Reach Consent Decree in Sexual Harassment Row

McDonald Oil Co. has reached a deal to resolve claims by the EEOC alleging systemic sexual harassment.

The EEOC accused McDonald of subjecting women to “severe, pervasive, unwanted” harassment at three gas stations and convenience store locations. McDonald employee Billy McKinney allegedly made inappropriate comments of a sexual nature and other unwanted sexual advances.
