Erika Girardi, better known as reality television star and singer ‘Erika Jayne,’ has been trying to sell what Chicago-based law firm Edelson PC alleges are community assets frozen by a federal court order, according to a motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Friday.
The motion claims that Jayne has been offering “tens of thousands of dollars’ worth” of high-end second-hand clothing online, in spite of the court’s order freezing her husband Thomas Girardi’s assets earlier this week.
