Lawyers for companies in litigation face multiple challenges and need to know where the traps lie. In “Representing Organizations in Litigation: Traps and Trouble,” an October 28 session at the Aon Law Firm Symposium in Chicago, Aon Managing Director Douglas R. Richmond offered advice to guide lawyers through the minefield.
