YouTube Gets Antitrust Claims Cut From Suit Over Mexican Films

Google LLC and subsidiary YouTube Inc. must still face some copyright infringement claims in a suit by Carlos Vasallo, who claims to own the world’s largest collection of Latin American and Mexican movies, a Florida federal judge ruled.

But the court dismissed antitrust allegations, with a ruling by Judge Darrin P. Gayles of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
