Spotify Can’t Kill Personalized Media Information Patent

Spotify USA Inc. can’t invalidate a patent asserted against it covering a browser that presents personalized media information, the District of Delaware said May 30.

Factual issues as to whether the patent includes a patent-eligible inventive concept precluded Spotify’s request for summary judgment, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware said.
