MillerCoors should be sanctioned for not producing all marketing materials for Keystone beers over the last three decades in a trademark dispute with Stone Brewing Co., a magistrate judge in the Southern District of California said Nov. 1.
Judge Linda Lopez recommended that the court require Miller to cover the cost of Stone’s request for discovery sanctions.
