Levi Strauss Sues S-Double Again Over Iconic Tab Trademark

Levi Strauss & Co. sued two companies for allegedly using tabs on clothing that copy its famous trademark, and violating California and federal laws as well as a 2011 settlement agreement.

S-Double Corp. and Globe International Ltd. are using tabs nearly identical to designs they previously agreed not to use in a 2011 settlement of an earlier suit against S-Double, according to the complaint filed June 5 in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
