Following a trial in Waco, jurors in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas decided Thursday CH Lighting Technology Co. Ltd. and Shiaoxing Ruising Lighting Co. Ltd. owe $13.87 million. Elliott Electric Supply Inc. owes just under $300,000.
