Kylie Jenner Cosmetics Settles ‘Born to Sparkle’ Trademark Case

Kylie Jenner’s cosmetics company settled with another cosmetics maker over the use of the trademark “Born to Sparkle,” according to a filing in Los Angeles federal court.

Sheree Cosmetics LLC had sued Kylie Cosmetics LLC for using “Born to Sparkle” to brand eye shadow and as a slogan to sell cosmetics on its website and in stores. Sheree said it had been using the trademark on its cosmetics since 2017, and that Kylie began using the phrase in 2018.
