U.S. District Judge Alan Albright has issued a new revision of his procedures for patent cases, including guidance for attorneys on the appropriate tone forcertain conversations.
Albright, whose Waco courthouse has become a magnet for patent lawsuits since he took the bench in 2018, released the latest version of his guidance on Tuesday.
