HTC Must Face Renewed Ancora Lawsuit Over Anti-Piracy Patent (Corrected)

A trial judge was wrong to say an Ancora Technologies Inc. patent was little more than an abstract idea and not entitled to legal protection, a federal appeals court ruled.
