SK hynix Inc. will have to face patent lawsuits from Netlist Inc. in the Western District of Texas, after the Federal Circuit refused to order the cases to be sent to California.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said Judge Alan Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas didn’t abuse his discretion when he denied SK hynix’s request that the infringement lawsuits be transferred.
Albright has scheduled a trial in July.
