The Federal Circuit told West Texas federal judge Alan Albright to transfer two more patent cases from his Waco courtroom, saying other venues were more convenient.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ordered a suit against NetScout Systems Inc. be sent to the Eastern District of Michigan. Albright was directed to grant Pandora Media LLC’s separate request that a suit against it be sent to the Northern District of California.
