Federal Circuit is ‘Dream Job,’ Cunningham Tells Senate Panel

A seat on the Federal Circuit is a “dream job” that Tiffany Cunningham imagined for herself years ago, when she was first struck by the court’s lack of diversity, the nominee told the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Cunningham would be the first Black judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which hears patent cases and other suits involving the government, if confirmed by the Senate.
