Federal Circuit Bars Paper Filings Due to Inauguration Security

The Federal Circuit Clerk’s Office will be inaccessible for paper filings and other deliveries through Inauguration Day, the court announced Wednesday.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit sits in the National Courts Building on Lafayette Square across from the White House. The building is inside the fence going up around the White House as part of security preparations for President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.
