In McRO Inc.'s action against Bandai Namco Games Am. Inc. for the infringement of McRO’s patent that claims a method for automatically generating animations using morph weight sets, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the federal district court’s judgment of noninfringement, vacated the judgment of invalidity, and remanded the action.
