Growcentia Inc., which makes “CannControl” cannabis pesticide, lost its bid to litigate trademark claims it brought in federal court in Colorado against a Dutch IP holding firm that owns and licenses the prefix “Canna” because the foreign business lacks sufficient contacts there to make the suit foreseeable.
