Heirs to songwriters Harold Arlen, Harry Warren and Ray Henderson sued Amazon, along with Apple Inc., Google LLC and Microsoft Corp. in the last two years in multiple states for streaming hundreds of songs. Amazon’s agreement leaves Apple as the only defendant facing an active lawsuit.
