Novolipetsk Drops Russian Hot-Rolled Steel Duty Appeal

Novolipetsk Steel Public Joint Stock Co. dropped its appeal of the U.S. duty rate on certain entries of its hot-rolled steel products from Russia.

The U.S. maintains antidumping duties on Russian “hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products,” which are used in a variety of applications including automobiles, tubing, appliances, heavy machinery, and construction.
