Autoliv Loses Bid to Carve Out Airbag Tubing From Duties

Auto parts supplier Autoliv ASP failed in its challenge to U.S. duties on imports of airbag parts based on the argument the products should have been considered separately from other tubing, according to a Dec. 6 ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade.
