Inspections of the park, Frontier City, began May 30 and were based on an employee complaint, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The inspections closed Nov. 26.
Six Flags didn’t respond to a Dec. 6 request to discuss the violations. The park hadn’t been inspected previously.
