VA Doctor’s Failure to Diagnose Knee Infection Goes to Trial

A former Veterans’ Administration medical center patient and the U.S. will go to trial on whether her doctor failed to timely diagnose a knee infection, leading to serious injuries and a potential knee replacement, a federal court in New Mexico said.
