UNC Doctors’ Request to Halt Hospital Disciplinary Action Denied

The quest of University of North Carolina Health System doctors to block disciplinary actions against them failed because they alleged wrongs that have been corrected or haven’t yet happened, a federal court said.

Harsharan Singh and Volker Nickeleit asked the US District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina to stop health system officials from permanently revoking their clinical privileges, administrative titles, and salaries.
