The Trump administration was hit with more legal action against its executive order on ending race and sex “stereotyping and scapegoating” in corporate training that’s provided by federal contractors and grant recipients.

The Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund and Ropes & Gray LLP filed a lawsuit made public Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of health-care providers for LGBT people and entities that train law enforcement, corrections officers, and government agencies on implicit bias.
