Trans Teens Lose Bid to Move Medicaid Surgery Coverage Case

Two transgender Arizona teenagers seeking Medicaid coverage for male chest reconstruction surgery lost their request to transfer their case to the same judge who is hearing similar issues in a lawsuit filed by a University of Arizona professor, because the cases differ substantially, a federal court in the state said.
