Cynthia Thibodeaux’s suit filed in 2016 needed to be filed by January 2011, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana said. She isn’t entitled to a discovery rule that suspends limitations because she didn’t investigate whether she had a legal claim even though she suspected her hair was taking too long to regrow, it said.
