Reckitt Benckiser Sued Over Neuriva Brain Boost Representations

Reckitt Benckiser LLC and RB Health (US) LLC falsely hawk their Neuriva brain booster supplements as “backed by science” and “clinically proven” to improve brain performance, two consumers say in a would-be class suit in a Florida federal court.

Neuriva, a leading brain supplement and an Amazon best seller, was raced to market in only 12 months, plaintiffs David Williams and Caroll Anglade say in a suit filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
