Ohio Justices Block Hospital Executive Malpractice Testimony

A renowned emergency medicine doctor who teaches at Harvard and works as an executive for a Boston hospital wasn’t “competent” to testify in an Ohio medical malpractice case, the state Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.

Why? He’s an administrator and doesn’t meet procedural requirements for medical experts in court.
