The nursing home industry has launched a national effort to boost the number of long-term care providers amid persistent job shortages and a looming federal requirement to beef up staffing.
The “Careers in Caring” campaign will educate job seekers about career opportunities and provide nursing homes and assisted living facilities with more resources to aid in the recruitment and retention of caregivers.
