New Idaho Law Violates Trans Rights Court Order, Group Says

A new Idaho law that requires the sex listed on a person’s birth certificate to match their reproductive anatomy at birth violates a court order permanently enjoining the state from categorically denying gender marker corrections for transgender people, an advocacy group says.
