Indiana Suspends Medicaid Work Rules in Face of Lawsuits (1)

Indiana is temporarily ceasing the reporting requirements for its Medicaid work program in light of pending litigation, the state announced Oct. 31.

The federal government is facing a lawsuit challenging its approval of the Indiana program, along with work requirements in three other states.

Work requirements have been struck down three times in Arkansas, Kentucky, and New Hampshire by Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
