Health Insurers Notch Wins as Congress Races to Fund Government

Health insurers will score some victories in legislation to keep the government funded after Friday, including the repeal of three Obamacare taxes and a rejection of Trump administration threats to hamper enrollment.

Congressional leaders are also punting on action to rein in surprise medical billing as part of the deal on the spending package for fiscal 2020, kicking the issue into next year.
