Elizabeth Holmes Appeals Judgment in Fraud Trial

Elizabeth Holmes filed a notice of appeal to the 9th US Circuit Court from the final judgment in her fraud trial.

Holmes said she’s also appealing all adverse rulings, decrees and decisions that related to the final judgment or were incorporated in it.
The founder of Theranos Inc. was convicted of four counts of fraud for deceiving investors and sentenced to more than 11 years in prison.
