Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca Named in Suit for HHS Drug Discounts (2)

Three HIV/AIDS clinics are suing the HHS to compel drug companies Eli Lilly and Co., Sanofi-Aventis US LLC, AstraZeneca PLC, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals to refund what they claim are overpayments for certain drugs.

The plaintiffs say the drugmakers have cut off certain pharmacies from marked down products and put at risk vulnerable low-income patients living with HIV/AIDS.
