Contract Pharmacies’ Drug Discount Loss Fight Must Go to ADR (1)

The U.S. Health and Human Services Department beat a lawsuit that would have required it to force drugmakers to rescind policies that cut off certain pharmacies from drug discounts and may endanger vulnerable low-income patients, as the dispute must be resolved out of court, a federal court said.
