Catholic Nuns Take Birth Control Coverage Fight Back to SCOTUS

An order of Catholic nuns wants the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve an issue it says will end the fight over whether the federal government can require employers with religious objections to pay for employees’ birth control.

The Little Sisters of the Poor Jeanne Jugan Residence March 13 asked the high court to decide if the Religious Freedom Restoration Act requires the government to exempt religious objectors from an Obamacare rule requiring employee health plans to pay for contraceptive products and related services.
