The Trump administration’s protests over a judge’s decision to toss a rule expanding small business access to health insurance have no merit, a coalition of states led by New York told a federal appeals court.
In its final brief, the states urged the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to keep the lower court’s ruling in place and reject the government’s argument that the lower court went too far in its decision to vacate and remand the rule to the Department of Labor.
