The ACLU has asked a federal appeals court to weigh in on whether the group can intervene in defense of an HHS nondiscrimination rule (Franciscan Alliance v. Cochran, 5th Cir., No. 17-10135, filed 2/3/17).
The American Civil Liberties Union appealed Feb. 3 to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, challenging a federal trial court’s decision to halt the rule.
