Acadia Health Investors Seek Class Status in Care Quality Case

Acadia Healthcare Co. Inc. investors who say the company misled them about the quality of patient care, staffing, and compliance asked a federal court in Tennessee to allow them to move forward as a class.

The proposed class includes anyone who acquired the behavioral health-care provider’s common stock from April 30, 2014, through Nov. 15, 2018, inclusive, according to an investor memo filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in support of the class certification motion.
