Whistleblowers abandoned their claims that AbbVie Inc., which produces the popular drug Humira, and parent company Pharmacy Solutions violated the False Claims Act by engaging in a kickback scheme to defraud the federal government.
Ashley Miller, a former employee of Pharmacy Solutions, and SAKSF LLC, a company formed to prosecute the case, filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
