House, AARP Push to Block Trump LGBTQ Health Bias Rule (1)

A Trump Administration rule that strips gay and transgender people of protection from bias in health care must be blocked because it violates the text of the Affordable Care Act and undermines Congress’ intent in passing the law, lawmakers told a federal court in Washington on Thursday.
