Supreme Court Won’t Revive Raytheon Satellite Fraud Claims

The U.S. Supreme Court won’t reinstate a whistleblower’s claims that Raytheon committed fraud under a satellite contract with the federal government, a May 13 order said.

Steven Mateski argued in his petition that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit erred by concluding that his complaint lacked sufficient details to satisfy False Claims Act pleading standards.
