The U.S. Navy reasonably eliminated MIG Construction Partners from a multiple-award procurement to provide design-build and design-build-construction services in the Washington, D.C., area of responsibility, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.
The Navy reasonably determined that MIG didn’t submit a relevant project that demonstrated required multidisciplinary design experience, the Government Accountability Office said.
MIG’s bid contained a statement that its past work involved multiple disciplines, but it didn’t clearly demonstrate what the other disciplines were, the GAO said.
