Fury Solutions’ $41 Million Air Force Award Withstands Protest

Thalin LLC lost its challenge to the US Air Force’s award of a $41 million contract to Fury Solutions LLC to provide management, business, and administrative services.

The US Court of Federal Claims on Thursday granted motions for judgment on the administrative record filed by the government and Fury Solutions. The court’s opinion detailing Judge David A. Tapp’s reasoning is under seal.

The redacted complaint said Fury received the contract under the Air Force’s solicitation to support the Phillips Research Site, which the agency called the Multilateral Administrative Requirements Vehicle.
