Brooklyn Facility Beats Fraud Suit Claiming It Favored Russians

Three False Claims Act whistleblowers failed to show that an adult day healthcare provider in Brooklyn and others defrauded Medicaid by seeking payments while providing substandard care to non-Russian beneficiaries, a New York federal court said.

Former employees Orlando Lee, Melville Luckie, and Luiz Gonzalez showed that Northern Manor Adult Day Care Health Program did discriminate in the provision of services to beneficiaries of other nationalities, the court said.
