Former Fox News political host Andrea Tantaros must bring her sex-harassment claims against the network before an arbitrator, a federal court ruled.
Tantaros had argued that she couldn’t be compelled to arbitrate her claims because forced arbitration of sex-harassment claims is barred under New York law.
She claimed in her lawsuit that she was sexually harassed by Roger Ailes when he was network chairman and suffered retaliation when she complained. She also described the network as “a sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult.”
